Saturday, September 25, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Saturday, October 23, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Saturday, October 30, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Saturday, November 20, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Saturday, December 11, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Saturday, December 18, 9:00-Noon DRESS Rehearsal
Sunday, December 19 6:00 p.m. CANTATA
I realize that each of us is very busy and I am very honored at your willingness to participate in this year's cantata. Out of respect for each of your time, here are my hopes for your participation:
Attend at least two of the Saturday rehearsals with Orchestra only.
Attend at least one of the other Saturday rehearsals with Choir, preferably the Dress Rehearsal (12/18).
Please take this request as a minimum. You are more than welcome and encouraged to attend as many rehearsals as possible. At the same time not being able to make the 'minimum' will not exclude you, just see me about this. If you cannot make a rehearsal please let me know so I can plan accordingly and make wise use of everyone’s time.
The rehearsals on 10/30 and 12/11 will be with choir and orchestra… the choir will begin those rehearsals warming-up in the Fireside Room with Veronica, the orchestra will meet with Jonathan in the Sanctuary before we meet together in the Sanctuary.
