Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Coming to Him as living stones, rejected indeed by men but chosen by God and precious, you also as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

The Lord Himself is building His church which gives me quiet joy and confidence in the ministry of the Word of God.  What a delight to see how the Lord adds people to His church.  We stand amazed at how the Lord not only has freed us from ourselves but also employs us in His service.

We will commission the Peru Missions Team on August 2nd.  We rejoice at the twenty that are going to serve in Cusi to the glory of the lord on August 5th.  We praise God for those who worked and served with Vacation Bible School just completed this past week.  We rejoice at each one who serves in Sunday School, Pioneer Girls and Christian Service (Boys) Brigade.  We thank God for the privilege of serving Him.

As we look to the Fall we will begin officer training classes.  Please be in prayer for our current officers and the Lord’s provision of future elders and deacons.  We praise God for our Youth and pray for their discipleship.  How great is our God.

May the Lord richly bless you in this month of August.  And may His church glorify and exalt our Savior’s name and not our own.  To God be the glory.
