"Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”” (Matthew 19:14, ESV)
Junior Worship starts this week. It’s a class, held during the morning sermon, for children aged 3 or 4 years old. The main goal of Junior Worship is to help children grow and mature in their understanding of the worship service as they anticipate full participation as children. Secondly, it’s a ministry to parents who would like to come and worship knowing that their young children are being discipled.
To participate: we will dismiss the children between the Doxology and the sermon and parent or guardian will escort them to room 134B. Junior Worship will continue through the end of the service, and parents should come and pick up immediately after the service.
Junior Worship is a great ministry of help and discipleship for our church. Please thank Anacari Storms for getting us organized this year. We appreciate each of our teachers jumping in to help teach our children this year.
