Matthew 5:10

The Sermon on the Mount is like the sign that proclaims, “You Are Here”: it shows where you stand in relation to the whole. But make no mistake: the “course of this world” tells you to look elsewhere; the “desires of [the] flesh” point you in another direction; and Satan asks the question, “Did God actually say…?” Yet by faith in the Word of God, the believer can joyfully thank God, “...to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ…” (1 Peter 4:13), knowing with confidence, “You are Here” for greater purpose, and the Lord is “with me” (Psalm 23:4).
