While the Balcony Project is ultimately executed under the authority of the Session of NLICC,

there is a need for a dedicated body to provide oversight of the execution of the Balcony Project

to completion. Examples of several areas requiring specific attention moving forward include,

but are not limited to:

• Finalizing selections for the interior design

• Soliciting and addressing feedback from ministry leads and members, and routine communication to the congregation.

• Evaluating the proposed contract and developing a recommendation to the Session for the selection of the General Contractor.

• Managing the construction efforts of the General Contractor to satisfactory completion in accordance with the approved contract.

• Administering the stewardship campaign and managing the construction project finances.
